You'll be working from our company software which provides a list of orders that need to be shipped. Orders then need to be accurately gathered, the best packaging determined, and a check list carefully followed as you prepare the order for shipment. You'll then access FedEx, UPS, or USPS software to prepare the label. There are also many simple product preparation activities that you will perform. We're looking for these qualities: • Accurate attention to detail while multi-tasking and working quickly. • Willingness and ability to learn new things. • Able to work with computer systems like FedEx, UPS, email, and custom software. • Ability to receive correction and make changes. • Honest and Dependable. • Friendly people skills. • Able to provide customer service over the phone. • You must be in good health. Have good strength. Be able to lift a 50 pound box. We offer a safe and pleasant place to work in our brand new 3100 square foot building.
