We are looking for like-minded, highly motivated and dependable individuals to join our team SPRAY TECHNICIANS. Requirements: -Must be at least 18 years of age to Aerate -Must be at least 21 years of age to Tech (per DOT requirements) -Must have High School Diploma or GED -Must have Valid Driver's License and CLEAN Driving Record -Must be able to work long hours and Saturdays -Must be able to work in all Weather Conditions -Must be able to lift at least 50lbs on a regular basis -Must be able to stand, walk, bend, twist and pull for extended periods of time -Must be able to pass applicable tests (spray technicians) -Must possess Great Customer Service Skills -Must Follow and Adhere to Companies Values and Standards Responsibilities: -Provide Scheduled Services according to instructions in safe and timely manner -Provide Great Customer Service -Meet and Exceed Customer Expectations -Safely Operate Company Vehicles -Accurately Complete required paperwork -Effectively Communicate Services, Expectations and Landscape needs to Customers -General Maintenance and Cleaning of vehicles and equipment Benefits: -Hourly Rate + OT -Potential for Bonuses and Sales Commission -Dental and Vision available after 90 days -Paid sick leave after 90 days (accrued immediately) -Simple IRA available after 1 year of employment -Vacation after 1 year of employment -Holiday Pay -Reliability Bonus -Paid Training -Advancement Opportunities Interested and Qualified candidates can apply online at www.livingwaterlawncare.com or in person at 8227 N Regal St., Spokane, WA 99217.
