Large apartment management company in Niagara County. We are currently looking for a knowledgeable maintenance technician. Must have plumbing, electrical, furnace/boiler experience and have own vehicle to travel between properties. Must be able to multi-task, work independently and as a team. Applicant must be reliable, honest and hard working. This is a very fast paced job. Please e-mail or fax resume to 284-2336 Responsibilities and Duties: Change out outlets and light fixtures Repair leaking pipes, clear back ups, change out plumbing fixtures Repair furnaces, change hot water tanks Snow blowing in the winter Boiler experience is a plus Carpentry skills are a plus/installing shower surrounds, vanities, doors etc. Qualifications and Skills: Valid drivers license mandatory At least 5 years maintenance experience plumbing, HVAC, boiler systems, electrical, carpentry skills Benefits: Health Ins.
