Part time helper

Hello - I need mostly a construction type helper/laborer but also some more general property maintenance like mowing and weeding... We own several properties and are doing some work on some of them and of course maintenance is an ongoing thing. We could probably use someone one day a week just for maintenance tasks and then 2 or 3 other days/partial days on other projects. Most projects are also great for learning more about construction and you'll be working side by side with someone knowledgeable in all facets of construction and enjoys teaching others. At times do need to be able to work without direct supervision so need to be able to follow instructions and not be inclined to spend half your time playing with your phone. It's also important can deal with a wide variety of tasks/projects. I've had folks in the past that just felt like the variety was tedious versus being shown something once and then just hitting repeat day after day after day after day. I'm traveling for the next week or so so don't be surprised if don't get an instant response but since I'll be on the road and out of the country please respond via email and let me know what experience have and if the part time/flexible nature of the work fits what you are looking for. In other words, if you require a 40 hours work week this isn't right for you. If you have another job with a fews days or have several hours available a few days a week, it may be perfect although I do try to avoid working on weekends.
