Looking for someone to come out and finish the luxury vinyl flooring job in my RV. I am looking for someone who has considerable flooring experience and has their own tools. I have the tools necessary for the job but am looking for a qualified individual who has their own tools and truck. Job Location is Aripeka, Florida. Preferable applicant would be living within 10-20 minutes from here. Below is the job details, I have plenty of other similar project. I would like this job completed by Sunday. I am fine with hourly rate, daily rate, or per job cost. I will cover cost for plywood, ect. I prefer hourly or daily rate to make sure attention to detail is priority and if project is done sooner than anticipated we can move onto other projects. Optimally someone willing to work Saturday and Sunday for 8-10 hours each day is preferable. Understand if you are offering a per job cost, I will make sure attention to detail is followed and will not release payment until work is completed to satisfaction. I am not looking for blow and go installers that leave it 90% complete. Job Details Cut out the existing OSB in the picture, so we can install new plywood level with the other section. Install new section of plywood. Install flooring that remains. (Roughly 200sqft) - RV Bathroom, Kitchen, and Hallway
