Job Description Legacy is looking for full-time Assistant to the Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Cocoa Beach, FL! Position Information: As the Maintenance of your community, your goal is to maintain the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition. We are looking for an individual that is able to work with little supervision and be a proactive self-starter with initiative and attention to detail. You will be responsible for completing service requests, maintain and repair buildings, grounds, and common areas to keep them in the best possible condition. It will be your job to provide fast, friendly, and high quality maintenance service for our residents. You will be responsible for assisting the Manager to diagnose problems and making repairs in areas such as, but not limited to: electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, drywall repair, general cleaning, appliance maintenance and exterior structure maintenance. Assist to prepare vacant apartments for our next resident by carefully inspecting, evaluating, and making any necessary repairs. Some Landscaping Ensure workplace safety through the participation of all applicable safety rules and requirements. Compensation: $10 - $15/hour based on experience Position Requirements: A valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation is required for this position. You will need to drive your own vehicle around the properties. No experience needed. On-call duty, including weekends and holidays.
