Must be able to work outside heat, walk 5 acres, be able to operate Stihl lawn equipment. Take care of flower beds, de-weed. Cut trees, put mulch down, clear brush at lake, put down sod, pick up debris, take cans to road 2 times per week, rake, plant trees, flowers, keep driveway clean, pressure spray pool deck and driveway, plant shrubs, handyman work around property and house, organization of barn and garage. Follow instructions given by property owner.
