Looking for car

I am looking for a car and can see it on Wednesday or Thursday and finish up paperwork if everything goes fine. Its only Wednesday or Thursday because i will be busy next days after that. I can go up to 3k max for the car i really want. I am not planning to get a beauty for that money but it needs to drive with no mayor problems and hope it to be no older then 99. PS I dont recognize Kelly Blue book as a valid source. Only text and email
