Homeowner in need of PT help with house rehab project ! I am looking for a helper that preferably has there own transportation. If NOT I CAN PROVIDE A PICK UP from your home. I am working on a rehab project (not a flip) and I need a able body set of hands to help. The project cover all aspects of residential repairs/maintenance. Ideal candidate doesn't need to be expert as long as they are comfortable with power tools and know how to use them. Must know some electrical and/or plumbing. Experienced in: - Roofing & Siding - Air compressors & Nailers - Demo and drywall, - Door & Window installs,. - Painting, - Tile and Flooring - landscaping - Shoveling, debris pickup, - general job-site cleanup, - loading, hauling, lifting, digging, - power washing, carpentry and odd jobs. - Physical labor Outdoor & Indoor ** ** Part-time 2-3 days per week or 2nd Job, Ok... *** can work around your schedule. must have some daytime hours available and/or weekend availability ******** *** Vets Preference....
