Description Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance of off-street parking equipment to ensure it is in good working order. Primary Job Duties Drive a vehicle safely and efficiently Daily check and repair when necessary parking pay stations, card readers, and gates, including g but not limited to proper operations, receipt rolls, system checks, and general appearance Complete daily maintenance schedule. Accurately ensure all parts, equipment and consumables are inventoried Housekeeping duties include but not limited to cleaning of tools and equipment, shop organization, and any other tasks deemed as necessary Installation of proper signage, painting of curbs / bollards. Utilize a computer for programming and reports Experience 2+ years in a maintenance or technical role Skills Ability to keep track and report on activity Ability communicate professionally and effectively Positive attitude and interpersonal skills Adapt to changes, delays or unexpected events Demonstrate clear and sound judgement Must be able to meet physical demands of the job, including but not limited to walking / standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 50 lbs.
