Hey tigers! We're bringing a taste of home to the city! Get ready for some delicious crawfish and good time with your fellow alumni! LSU Alumni Association – DC Chapter 2021 Crawfish Boil Sunday, May 2nd Noon to 4 PM Knights of Columbus Arlington Council – BBQ Picnic Grounds 5115 Little Falls Road Arlington, VA. 22207 Parking on-site to the left of the circular drive.Nearest Metro: Ballston Crawfish, Potatoes, Corn and Sausage, By-the-Pound Boiling by LSU’s own The Louisiana Boys Catering, BB Holoubek, Hatcher Tynes, and Chris De Louise Dues paying members of the alumni association: $12 per pound All other: $17 per pound *The price for alumni is reduced because the chapter receives funds for each active member of the alumni association. **Neither price is sufficient to cover all costs, which the chapter is absorbing. Orders must be received by Wednesday, April 21st.We will not be able to accommodate walk-ups for crawfish. *NO REFUNDS **Crawfish boil is rain or shine! You may bring soft drinks and water or you may purchase them from the Knight of Columbus. All beer must be purchased from the Knights of Columbus, due to licensing issues. The KOC have a nice selection at reasonable prices. The crawfish boil is entirely dependent on Virginia state pandemic protocols, which as of now enable us to have the boil. Masks and social distancing protocols must be observed. The picnic area is sufficiently large to enable us to enjoy crawfish as a chapter. We need volunteers to help with set-up, clean-up, donating cold watermelons, and to circulate during the boil to address trash and such.
