Beacon Hill Legal's client, an international law firm, is seeking a Trust & Estate Planning Paralegal for their New York City office. The ideal candidate will be supporting 2-4 attorneys at any given time.Responsibilities: Draft and file Surrogate's Court petitions, citations, lists of assets/inventories and other documents relating to probate of wills and administration of estates;Conduct day-to-day marshaling and distribution of estate assets;Prepare and file federal and state estate tax returns and engage in heavy contact with clients, financial institutions and courts.
