Supports 4 walk up buildings with up to 20 apartments each
Primary hours are 9-5 M-F
Must be available 24/7 to support emergencies
Must have good command of English language
Must be able to speak professionally to tenants and communicate needs clearly to utility/repair companies
Must be able to do minor electircal and plumbing as well as basic carpentry and tiling/masonry
Must be reachable 24/7 which means answer phone immediately or call back within several minutes
Must be reliable, dependable and loyal
Must pass a trial period for 30-90 days before being hired
