Plumber to join Maintenance Team

We are looking for a hard working and responsible individual to join our maintenance team. The position is full time. Candidates must have 3 to 5 years work experience with: - Plumbing (Install Shower Body, Troubleshoot leaks, Soder pipe, Change Lead Bin, Replace Shut off Valves, Snake and Change Waste Lines, etc) - Plaster and Paint (Willing to train plaster if you are willing to learn) *Drivers License a plus Candidates must be able to communicate in English and have OSHA SST card to work in NY. Individuals must be team players and have a good attitude. The position is subject to 30 to 60 day trial basis before a permanent position is offered.
