Full Time TEMPORARY Janitor wanted- 21st Century Storage (47-30 29th Street) compensation: 14.00/hr employment type: full-time TEMPORARY 21st Century Storage, 47-30 29th Street, is seeking janitors to handle the cleaning duties at the leading self storage facility in Long Island City. This is a full-time TEMPORARYposition, approximately 35-40 hours per week for the next 30 days. Shifts are approximately 9am-6pm. 21st Century Storage is looking to fill these positions immediately, and interviews will be done daily for immediate consideration. The candidate will have the ability to perform duties in support of maintaining a self-storage property. These include, but are not limited to: --cleaning the facility common areas, exterior, bathrooms and storage units to company standards --maintaining grounds and interior hallways: sweeping, leaf-blowing, painting, pesticide applications --interacting with customers and handling their requests for repair/maintenance/ cleaning, as directed by Property Management Candidate must have transportation to/from work, must be capable of communicating with management staff, and must have a clean criminal background check. Candidate must have direct deposit. 21CSS does not issue paper checks.
