I was on Mott street between e Houston sitting in front of a business with mini stairs and I was smoking a joint. You were a lady a a cross the street sitting in front of another business ( it had a little stair you were sitting on) I felt an energy between us. I just felt it’ll be too strong if I came up to you. After a while you went in you apartment as I lit my joint and looked to the side. I had braids and a black adidas jacket and a white t shirt under. I had a white bag beside me. This was Wednesday around 9:30. Pm get back to me
