Resturant Busboy Position Available. $11/hr + tips

hey whats up, the restaurant I work at (Rocca Cafe Bar and Lounge) is looking for a hardworking person. The positions currently available are Busboy and Hookah Runner. We Speak Mainly English + Turkish and some employees speak Spanish, Russian, Tajiki. Busboy position is technically not available because theres already so much new busboys, but if you show that you are willing to learn and you genuinely wanna work then they will let you work. whether its full time (up to 16hrs/day) or part time (8 hours/day), I dont know exactly though. Right now they need someone for the night shift becauce none of the new busboys are staying till close to help out! the Night Shift is 5pm-2am everyday. you also need to be fit because youll be standing on your feet alllll day long and speed walking everywhere. its a great workout. and the other physical requirement is you have to be able to carry a 25 pound basket full of plates to the kitchen like every 10 minutes or 5 minutes if its super busy. Preferably guys for this position because then each busboy has less baskets to carry (work evenly divided) For hookah runner its better if you enjoy Hookah/ at least know what it is because you will be bringing the hookah (thats already prepared, you dont make hookah) to the tables of the customers. so youll be interacting with hookah always so better if you enjoy it. also its better if youre physically fit because youll be carrying hookahs all day, theyre not heavy, maybe like 10-15 pounds each but its better if youre physically fit. you need to work full time, the resturant is open like 9am-2am (close) but hookah runner can arrive like 2pm and MUST work until close everyday (close is like 2am for hookah runner). (side note, i think they only accept guys for this position) I am NOT the person who will hire you/manage your schedule. I heard that we're hiring so I wanted to find someone who's a team player. the management lately is adding unpassionate/unmotivated/boring people to the team and its not nice having such energy/vibes in the team you know? so if youre an outgoing person itll be great. the job gets pretty boring sometimes (what job doesnt?) and its nicer to have TEAM BUSBOYS be outgoing and freindly towards each other, cracking jokes here and there yaknow! :) times passes faster when you have fun while working. but yeah, other than that you dont need any prior experience.as long as youre willing to learn ill teach you everything you need to know, so that in less than a week youll be a professional and youll be teaching newbies!! message me if youre interested! if you have any questions let me know ill happily answer P.S: you can also send your resume if you have one, but its not required.
