Business: Naropa University Position Title: 2nd Shift Custodial Manager Department/Program: Safety & Security 63600 Work Location: Arapahoe Campus Reports to: Assistant Director Campus Safety FLSA Classification: Exempt/Salaried FTE: 100% (40 hrs/week) Type of Employment: Regular/FT (30+ hrs/week) DEI Tier: Tier II Compensation: Up to $47,500.00 DOE Job Summary: The tasks involved are 20% office work and 80% direct field work to perform custodial duties along with managing the 2nd Shift Safety / Custodial Caretakers. This position will be responsible for hiring Safety Caretakers and maintaining the Safety Caretakers work schedule. This position will also be responsible for managing the custodial supply inventory and ordering supplies. They will facilitate team meetings along with team training, shift coverage, and other duties as assigned. As an essential employee, this position will be required to report to work even when normal operations have ceased, including inclement weather closures and other crises. This position will carry the On-Call Phone while working and will work 5 swing shifts to include 3:30 pm to 12 am and weekend days, per week. Visit for the full job description and to apply.
