Job Summary: This is a lead position supporting the ongoing Garden/Landscape maintenance requirements for the Naropa University campuses. The focus of this position is to enhance the beauty of the campus grounds using sustainable, regenerative practices. This position helps direct the efforts of the Landscape team, including daily workflow requirements and personnel supervision. Specific duties include organic turf management, mowing, trimming, weeding and garden bed clean-up, trash pick-up, sweeping, leaf blowing, pruning, snow removal management, watering (indoor and outdoor), indoor plant maintenance, planting, and operating equipment as needed. Assists with building maintenance work and event set ups occasionally. As an essential employee, this position will be required to report to work even when normal operations have ceased, including holidays, inclement weather closures, and other crises.
