Bailey landscape services is hiring for the 2021 season. We are an award winning landscape design and maintenance company in South Jersey. We offer Great pay, Paid holidays, company match 401k and vacation pay. 40+ hours with overtime. Lawn maintenance workers crew leaders: (minimum experience and DRIVERS LICENSE REQUIRED) -Maintain turf and maintenance on commercial and residential lawns -Knowledge in the use of commercial lawn maintenance equipment Landscaping crews (minimum experience for crew leaders) -Planting and sodding -Mulching -Trimming -Stone and soil installation Applicant must be able to perform physical activities, and lift up to 50lbs. Hardscaping foreman and laborers -Ability to read plans and execute designs on customer jobs -Ability to install retaining walls, firepits, paver patios and water features -Ability to work with a team -Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Our applicants are expected to possess the following. -Able to pass a drug test -Able to work outside in all weather -Have knowledge of tools and equipment that is used on a daily basis -An upbeat personality and ability to work in groups of others. -Ability to follow and direct proper safety procedures.
