Sustaining wall and garage to be built on private property

Hello, I need a building contractor for building a sustaining wall (from 4 to 12 feet at max height) and a 20x12 single garage on top. I have approval from appropriate commissions from Newton council, I need someone to build this for me. I have detailed plans and diagrams for everything needed; a site visit is obviously needed to see what this is about. Please do not contact me if you are not a licensed builder, this needs building permit pulled from the council, the works. If quote is appropriate, I am willing to start asap. Thanks for looking!
