seeking an independent landscaper yard man - good money

I own a landscaping company. We get requests from customers to do landscaping/yardwork all the time. I currently have 2 crews that run jobs for me but looking for a 3rd crew. What I expect from my crews is the following: 1) Visit site, meet customer and quote jobs. 2) The price you quote 70% goes to you, 30% goes to me. 3) Once the customer moves forward, I deal with payment and insurance if needed 4) You schedule job with customer and bring your own equipment and manpower if needed 5) Complete job until customer is happy satisfied and pays full amount 6) Once customer pays agreed upon price you get paid If you have any questions we can do a phone call or video call. Jobs usually in the 7-8 mile radius from downtown Boston. There is plenty of money to be made. Good communication and trust is necessary for this job. This is a 1099 W-9 Independent Contractor position. Thanks, Roger
