Contact Mark or Sean (781) 961-8820 EOE Between the hours of 8:00 – 4:00 M-F Candidates must apply in person at: JLS Ltd. 47 Teed Drive Randolph, MA 02368 Job Description: The Donation Loader/Unloader is responsible to unload our trucks that go out and pick up donations. Safely and securely load all of the donations into shipping containers or onto carts in the warehouse. They are also responsible for making sure the property and warehouse are kept clean and tidy. There is also some warehouse duties involved in the position. Loaders may also need to assist a driver out on the road loading their truck. All employees must reflect the values of our organization. Qualifications & Proficiencies: Strong interpersonal communication skills. Dependability, punctuality, flexibility, accuracy, Strong work ethic, self-motivated, ability to multi-task and work independently Responsibilities … including, but not limited to: Ensure that donations are securely loaded to prevent damage while in transit. When unloading the donations, follow the direction of the Manager/Supervisor for placement of items. Screen donations for acceptability and usability. Ensure that the property and warehouse are kept clean and tidy. Work in the Warehouse, as needed. Abide by all established policies and procedures Exhibit all of the core values outlined in this job description Physical Requirements Necessary to Perform This Job: Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly. Ability to spend the majority of the day standing or moving about. Work may require climbing ladders, considerable standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching in awkward and tiring positions.
