Our paid Sales Rep training program is great, and our Sales Reps earn excellent commissions on all direct sales, while also earning a competitive hourly wage. As mentioned above, you will be paid an hourly rate, while also earning money based on our tiered commission structure. What does that mean? It means that the more tickets and tour packages you sell while working to achieve your daily sales goals, the higher your commission rate and the more you will be paid! If you're friendly, goal-oriented, and love talking to people, you will make a successful Sales Representative at Old Town Trolley Tours of Boston (and make excellent money). You will work a variety of high-volume sales locations throughout Boston and meet tourists from all over the world. Highlights of the position: * A tiered commission structure: the more tickets and tour packages that you sell, the higher your commission rate! * A constant variety of high-volume sales locations; both indoors and outdoors (Prudential Center, Quincy Market, Boston Waterfront, etc.), so the ability to work in both indoor and outdoor locations is required. * The ability to prospect in a friendly, enthusiastic manner is essential. * You must be at least 18 years old and successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and background check. * Schedules include a combination of weekdays and weekends. * Convenient South Boston headquarters (close to Red Line).
