Hello!! My name is Katrina! I am 30 years old and have been babysitting/nannying since I was 13! I truly have a passion for children! I am currently looking for a new loving family to work for full time (preferably long-term). I find myself to be very patient, reliable, trustworthy, extremely creative, positive, silly and just a genuine good-hearted person. I have years of experience caring for newborn twins, infants, and toddlers all the way through school aged children and teens. I love what I do! I am friendly, outgoing, and have fantastic organizational skills and ideas for learning and growing! I love reading books, singing songs, making up games, dancing, baking, teaching their sponge-like brains, playing "pretend", and really just about anything and everything! I love the outdoors, going on walks or to the zoo. I like to live a healthy active lifestyle and love to incorporate that into my work as well. With most schools doing remote learning I am here for any and every need. Safety is always a priority of mine. With that being said I have been strictly social distancing since the beginning of the pandemic and wear my mask when necessary around others and in public. Resume: My previous positions have included the following responsibilities: Nanny: Implemented children’s health and personal habits while maintaining a safe environment. Created a stimulating, nurturing, and safe environment for the children. Supervise the children’s activities at all times. Planned and prepared meals and bottles for feedings. ·         Organized activities, including crafts, games, and made learning fun for children, transported children to programs, and provided childcare. ·         Developed and coordinated daily recreational and academic activities using a fun, loving, educational plan, including reading, with the children ·         Perform light housework related to childcare, including washing the children’s clothes, cleaning up after meals, tidying play areas, and washing bottles. ·         Taught the children good social manners, enjoy being active both indoors and outdoors.
