Service Porter is responsible for moving service customer vehicles to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the facility and increase customer convenience and maintaining an orderly service parking area. Service Porter is also responsible for maintaining supplies inventory. Everyone here wears many hats and is exposed to a variety of challenges. The responsibilities are not limited to list Primary Responsibilities Inspect and report to Service Manager any vehicle damage present when vehicle is taken in for service Maintain parking lot in a neat and organized manner. Keep parking lot free from debris at all times Wash all finished cars before customer arrives Make sure all vehicles in the parking lot are kept locked and all windows rolled up at all times. All keys are to be kept in the proper location in the service dept Assist in moving disabled vehicles in or around the service area Take used tires and batteries to designated areas.
