Bobcat service is seeking a dependable, hard working, good attitude helper to work with a crew that rehabs yards and drainage work -35-50 hour weeks depending on jobs. Respondent must be local- living in St Charles Parish, Kenner or Metairie. Must have own transportation to and from St. Rose. Must have a valid drivers license. Must be able to drive a truck and tow a trailer. Must have proper attire for work atmosphere such as work boots, long pants, sun protection, eye protection. Must come prepared with lunch, snacks. Water is provided. Work starts early morning. This work requires physical stamina to work outdoors in the elements. Must be able to lift 80+ pounds at some jobs. Fast paced working is involved. Job duties include: digging with shovel, shovel sand, dirt, concrete rubble and rocks, use a wheel barrow, load and unload tools for jobs. Be able to use power tools-grinders, saw drills, chain saws, concrete saw, etc. Maintenance and cleaning of equipment is involved, changing tires and oil, and pressure washing, etc. Many other maintenance duties will be involved.
