* Ceviche Terrenal: (Tasting welcome) Tuna Ceviche on Avocado sauce, Confit Chiles and Capers
*Ajiaco Dumplings: Savory soup dumplings filled with chicken, huasca herb and potatoes
*Cayos costenos: Grilled strips of tripe marinated with anticuchera sauce. Accompanied with Peruvian grilled Corn, Yellow Potato and Queso fresco
*Carimanolas rellenas con Camarones Andino: Fresh ground yuca balls stuffed with shrimp breaded with quinoa served with lulo sauce
Main course
*Osso Bocco Andino Farrotto (Mom's Recipe): Osso Buco Braised with corn beer, farm tomatoes, saffron and mom spices served with farrotto huancaina
*Calamares rellenos a los 4 quesos: Calamari Stuffed with lobster meat bathed in a four-cheese sauce with basil caviar and roasted almonds
*Purple Dream Octopus: Chicha morada glazed octopus grilled on Bok Choy with purple potato purée
Dessert
*Tropical Creeme Brulee: Soursop (Guanabana) Crème Brule with mango syrup and berries
*Aroma Café Volcano Flan: Chocoflan served with Mint ice cream, mango tres leches and cereal mix.
*Brevas Cartageneras: Figs stuffed with caramel served with Kola Roman cream sauce
