Hiring Immediately Subcontractors &Foreman!!! Arise and Shine Design is a growing company looking for experienced hardscape construction crew our company has build a great reputation of exceptional quality craftmanship and customer service. •Hardscape crew leaders and Sub contractors( must have your own truck and tools necessary to complete the following). • Must be able to install the following: retaining walls, flagstone, concrete, paver patio, custom decks (a plus), grading and correcting drainage issues. •Must have reliable transportation to get to and from job to job sites. • Valid driver's license (big plus) •Must wear company uniform at all times. • Must be able to operate power equipment including bobcats,back hoes, dingos and etc. • Manage a team of two or more employees • Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
