We specialize in excavation, underground wet utilities, grading of land, and site work Pipe Layer/Laborer This is a skilled position, involving the safe and efficient operation of various types of heavy construction equipment, used in the installation of underground utilities. (Track Hoes, Excavators, Wheel Loaders, Bulldozers, Motor Graders, Skid Loaders, Haul Trucks Etc.) Responsibilities and Duties: Excavate Trenches for Utility Installation. Install excavation shoring per OSHA standards. Direct and coordinate with pip layers, load dump trucks, locate existing buried utilities prior to excavation, fuel and maintain equipment. Must be a good communicator and work well with co-works. Have the ability to get to and from project sites on time. Willing to work overtime as needed. Be able to pass drug tests (Pre Hire and Randoms) Willing to assist laborers with physical tasks as needed.
