Established management company is now accepting applications for full time residential maintenance and grounds keeper position in Greensboro, NC. Maintenance applicants should have relevant experience and general construction or handyman skills to include painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair etc. HVAC knowledge or certification would be a plus, but not required. You should have your own basic hand tools, power tools provided as needed. Typical duties would include general interior and exterior maintenance and upkeep to meet HUD standards, as well as making vacant apartments rent-ready. We are looking for responsible, reliable, self-starters who can work efficiently with minimal supervision, and communicate positively with management, co-workers, and tenants. Benefits include vacation, paid holidays and personal days, and regular Monday-Friday work week, with opportunities for overtime as needed.
