MGM Service Co. Leading Janitorial, Landscaping and Building Facilities Services Provider is now hiring Full time Janitorial Supervisor for a commercial building in Waldorf, MD. This is a Full time position with benefit package. Duties include: -Supervising Janitorial Crew -Traning new staff -Cleaning duties as assigned -stripping, waxing and carpet cleaning -Assisting with scheduling -Resolving employee issues. \Qualify candidates must have - Minimum of 3 years of commercial cleaning experience - 5 years of supervisory position -Experience on carpet cleaning -Reliable Transportation -Bilingual(Spanish) not required but is a big plus.
