I need my mobile home re-roofed

My 12' x 55' mobile home needs a roof. I purchased 20 sheets of 13'2" x 3' metal roofing to be arranged side by side, the length of the structure. I got the idea for this in a book I bought and I've seen installations done like this. But I'm starting to have second thoughts. Even though I called the manufacturer first and described how I wanted this done and they said it would be okay, I have been hearing this is not a good way to do it. So I'm looking for someone or a company who knows how to do this, and who will guarantee that the roof won't leak. If I can't do it this way, I'm looking for someone or a company who is experienced at installing a rubber (EPDM) roof. If I can't do it THIS way, I'm looking for someone or a company who can install my steel roofing by cutting it in half first, then making a slightly peaked roof. Again, I'm looking for someone who is experienced installing roofing on mobile homes and who can provide me with references showing they know how to do it successfully.
