The SLU Gospel Choir is hosting a live concert in the War Memorial Student Union Theater. Free for SLU students. Must show ID at the door. The Southeastern Louisiana University Gospel Choir begins their 2021-2022 season with “GC Next Generation: Who is the King of Glory?”. The students have been working tirelessly this year to prepare for this opportunity to once again inspire and minister through songs of praise. The spirit of the music embodies the complexities of music spanning generations--- we are hopeful that the sounds of praise from the past will be bridged by the songs of this rising GC generation. The King that the students sing about, is the Sovereign God, the originator, and the creator of all things in heaven and in the earth. The mastermind of the cosmos. This is a must-not-miss event! The Gospel Choir of Southeastern Louisiana University invites the audience to join them for a moving experience. Admission into the concert is 5 dollars for non-students and free of charge for current students with their Southeastern ID, donations are also welcomed.
