PondDoctor is hiring Pond Technicians and Crew Leads who are ready to start in full-time positions. PondDoctor maintains residential trout ponds around Bozeman and southwestern Montana. Trout is a sensitive species of freshwater fish that require pinpoint water parameters in order to thrive.  It is important to keep trout ponds tuned to their best year-round. Ponds with trout require cool, clean water and specific parameters for optimal fish health. Many individuals who own a pond do not have the time to maintain their pond or are not up to speed on the best maintenance techniques and treatments for their pond. That's where we come in. PondDoctor can provide all types of pond maintenance as necessary to meet our clients' needs for any sized pond. This process consists of removing submerged aquatic plants using specialized pond cleaning tools. PondDoctor will work with pond owners to provide top-quality service and consulting for all pond and stream cleaning needs.

This position allows our crews to travel to beautiful ranches and remote properties around Bozeman and SW Montana while working on trout ponds. This is an exciting and unique opportunity with a fast-growing company. Pond Technicians will focus on removing overgrown aquatic plants from ponds including algae, pond weed, and cattails using specialized tools that are designed for cleaning. PondDoctor employees will also monitor and apply the necessary pond treatments to treat overgrown vegetation. It is landscaping-type work. Work runs from now until the snow falls.  -ability to work 40 hours/week -must be able to lift 75 lbs. -must have a vehicle available for transportation (a pickup truck is ideal). -In the summer, expect work Monday thru Saturday.
 Technician Wage: DOE - Depending on experience. Potential raises monthly. Bonuses also available for pond job referrals and $50.00 bonus for referring Pond Techs to work at PD.
