Small outfit Me and a few reoccurring contractors needs a full time employee. Experience preferred but will train the right person. Job entails all aspects of residential construction. Roofing windows, siding, flooring, insulation, punch list, repairs, decks, gutters, soffit facia, cabinets, masonry ect. I am a licensed general contractor, realtor and wild life management specialist. I specialize in getting homes ready to sell which is repairs and corrections. Don't expect someone to know everything but experience is helpful. Job is as an employee or 1099 your call. Benefits are non existent as small outfit so most choose 1099. I make up for it with pay. Expect 32+ hours per week. Monday-Friday 745-5. Weekends are extremely rare unless you want them. Home every night at a reasonable hour an df minimal out of town work. Pay scale. If you have experience I start at more. 16 an hour to start, $1 an hour monthly raises till $20 $25 an hour he said n you can work unsupervised. $25 an hour + profit sharing when you can be the point man on jobs. What you need. Drivers license or ability to get one ASAP. Ability to lift 90 pounds. No fear of heights, getting dirty, or small places. Ability to wear protective respirator on occasion. Background Construction ain't about you did. it's about what you can do. The past is the past but can not have CSC active registry or B&E home or theft as we we work we with the public in people homes. I will df k background check so be up front. No tools, truck or equipment needed. I will g we t you started with everything you need but fo expect you to replace lost items. If you have a truck I can pay you milage if you prefer to use your own. Hours are flexible but I df o expect you be on time to when you say your going to be there.
