Seeking to hire someone to work at our family vegetable farm. This is a great job for someone who likes working outside, doesn’t mind some dirt and sweat, and is excited about growing vegetables. Experience on a vegetable farm is a big plus. Successful candidates: must be able to work independently as well as part of a team, will help with greenhouse sowing seeds, watering the greenhouse, transplanting, weeding, harvest, and post-harvest cleanup. This is a small crew and we need people that are willing to give 100% everyday-rain or shine. Candidate must be able to lift 50 lbs. Experience on a vegetable farm or operating tractors or other large machinery is always a plus. Location: De Soto area Job Type: Full-time/Part-time. Position is paid hourly.
