The Leinbach Company has an open Painter position at Crown Woods & Village at Crown Woods. Job Summary: Responsible for the painting of exterior and/or interior areas of the property. This also includes pre-painting preparation such as scraping, patching and sanding as well as post-project clean up of the area, paint supplies and equipment. Job Responsibilities: 1. Prepares area(s) to be painted. 2. Paints areas as instructed by the Service Manager using brushes, rollers and spray guns. 3. Maintains an inventory of supplies and equipment. 4. Thoroughly cleans area, supplies and equipment in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations when work is completed each day. Returns remaining supplies and equipment in proper location. 5. Keeps work area, paint and equipment storage area clean and organized. 6. Complies with Leinbach Company's safety and risk-management policies by attending and participating in the property's routine safety meetings, completing required training on OSHA and other safety related laws and requirements, and by reporting accidents and incidents promptly and accurately 7. Represents the Company in a professional manner at all times. Consistently maintains a professional courteous attitude when dealing with residents, coworkers and the general public. 8.
