Need carpet installer ASAP

Looking for someone to install carpet in an office for me by the end of the month. Attached to this photo you will find measurements of the office that I am needing carpeted as well as the carpet that I intend on purchasing from Menard. As I am not a carpet person though, I’m not sure how much to order (it is sold in a 12’ wide roll). I will be providing the carpeting. The office in which it will be installed is located just west of 96th and Keystone. There is padding and tack strips already in place. As soon as I have someone ready to do the work and they can advise me of how much I should order I will make the order. If you are interested in the job and can shoot me a quote to do the installation let me know. I need to know your availability to get it done, the time you estimate it will take and your total cost based on the square footage.
