Looking for 1099 Contractor(s) to start immediately. Ideal Candidates will have experience in and be able to do the following: - Supply own transportation and tools to complete jobs assigned - Ability to lift 75 pounds or more - Complete jobs assigned in acceptable time frame - Utilize PMSI Time/Job tracking software on mobile device - Paint (Spray & roll) - Punch with general electrical and plumbing - Drywall Repairs - Clean - Provide three (3) references related to apartment maintenance HVAC is good but not required
