A Garage door company in Billings, MT is seeking a Garage door installers and Installer helpers. Someone to work hand and hand with others including the Owners, someone who has experience in garage doors and/or the construction trades and who thrives on challenge and is ready to join a dynamic organization. We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident individual who has a friendly face for our operations. You are able to work with our team to ensure a high level of quality and satisfaction. You are honest and pay attention to detail. You have the ability to communicate well to customers and other fellow employees. You are a quick learner. This is a full time position. Duties: • Installation, service and repair of various styles and sizes of doors and electric operators. • Reading and understanding paperwork and keeping in communication with the office on progress. • Loading service trucks and going through checklist of proper material needed to insure completion of the installation • Lifting loads in excess of 75 pounds and going up and down ladders several times throughout a day. • Working with customers one on one in person and sometimes on the phone with technical support regarding there garage door or opener. • Operate powertools and various other common hand tools. Skills: • Mechanically inclined. Knowledge of the construction industry. • Good with working with your hands and knowledge of powertools and hand tools commonly used in various trades. • Excellent multi-tasking skills and strong organization skills. • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to facilitate commitment to a cooperative team effort of these skills. • Ability to work under pressure alone and along side others. • A high level of enthusiasm, passion and energy • A hands on approach and high degree of self-motivation • Able to maintain confidentiality Qualifications: • Garage door experience is preferred but will train the right Mechanically inclined individuals with a back ground in construction trades. • Valid Drivers License.
