The Launch came about when the decision was made to partner with Goosehead Insurance in opening a new agency in the City Center Houston area Why The Launch? Well as corny as it may sound the name of this event came about from the migration patterns of Geese (Goosehead... see what I did there? hahaha). Most Canada Geese migrate to areas in Texas for the winter and then fly back (launch) in March / April. I see the year 2020 as the year that I (and possibly many of us) migrated and now 2021 is the year we should all fly back and launch into a prosperous 2021. And what better way to do this then of the way of the Geese in a group full of Successful, Motivated & Like Minded individuals ready to take on the flying V formation. I'll bore you with one last Geese fact: When geese fly in formation, they create their own unique form of teamwork.... By flying in their 'V', the whole flock adds at least 71% more flying range than if each bird flew on its own. Geese honk from behind to encourage those up front to keep up their speed.
