Part Time Job – Additional Income opportunity doing yard maintenance, lawn watering, grounds keeping, and light general maintenance work at rental complex. Approximately 1 day per week, and 3-5 hours per day. Requirements: • Must be reliable and have own transportation. • Speak English and communicate effectively. • Must be motivated, efficient, able to follow directions, and work individually. • Knowledge operating yard maintenance equipment. • Prior experience in yard maintenance and grounds keeping preferred. • Candidate must meet physical demand of the position: stand, walk, push, kneel, climb, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. Duties: Yard maintenance, grounds keeping, lawn-mowing, watering, edging, weeding, raking, string-trimmer, leave blower, planting and pruning, fertilizing. Clean and pick-up debris and trash in parking areas and grounds. Light general maintenance and repair. Ideal Candidate: Experienced, or currently performing yard maintenance or grounds keeping.
