Locally owned property management company is seeking a reliable temporary maintenance/landscaping technician to help with move out work. This position will start in beginning-mid May part time and will turn into full time through mid-June. We provide a fun and friendly work environment and a competitive wage. The ideal candidate will be responsible, will have previous maintenance experience, and will be able to commit to an agreed upon schedule. Requirements: - Reliable transportation, with the ability to haul lawn mowers, etc. - Update and improve properties - The ability to lift/carry 50 lbs + - Landscaping - Property Rounds - Enforce property rules and regulations - Ability to multitask and prioritize Wage: DOE $14-16/hr Please submit resume to [email protected] to be considered.
