Lamb born with weak right side

Does anyone know what to do with my lamb. She was born unable to stand or walk. So my mom bottle fed her in hopes she'd gain strength. But it's been over a month and a lamb is still not walking. It's breaking our hearts what can we do? Who can we ask for help?
