Rehoming 3 y.o. male dog

We are rehoming our 3 year old boxer/pit dog. He is a snuggler, love bug, active, and very well behaved when supervised. He would do well with someone who is home a lot and/or has a few acres as he has separation anxiety and digs. While he does great with other dogs, he can't go to a home with small animals. He loves kids and has shown little interest in our <1 year old, but we have never left him alone in the same room. He would be a great companion for someone retired, SAHM, or someone who works from home. We love him very much but we can't accommodate him. Up to date on rabies shots and is neutered. Will request a rehoming fee but we just want to make sure he's going to a good home. Text/call
