High school or equivalent (Required)
Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
Administrative experience: 2 years (Preferred)
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/G.E.D plus three years office administrative experience or a Bachelor's degree seeking to learn the insurance business.
Experience providing administrative support, including successfully handling a busy multi-line phone system is a plus.
Proven excellent customer service and communication skills.
Proven ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction.
