Full Job Description We are looking for a warehouse worker to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. Warehouse worker responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing and processing orders. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship) Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store) Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization Complete diary logs into inventory Report any discrepancies Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations Maintenance duties of warehouse and outdoor property Skills Ability to read and understand our products and codes Follow directions and protocols Detail orientated Good organizational and time management skills Positive attitude Able to work in an independent and team environment Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50lbs and manipulate 100lbs boxes Able to walk and stand for long periods of time Must be punctual and reliable Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Work Location: Solon Springs, WI Hours per week: 30-39
