Ryzer Sales & Contracting is hiring a full time LEAD HAND GLAZIER (HIGH-END WINDOW & DOOR INSTALLER). WHO ARE YOU? As a competitive candidate, you’re an assertive, experienced tradesman who is committed to learning our craft and motivated to grow into a leadership role (Snr. Lead Hand). You have attention to detail, and leadership, and business acumen. As Ryzer’s new Lead Hand Installer, you’ll work on a crew where you still have supervision, but able to direct subordinates and fill in for your supervisor. Eventually you will be able to run small projects on your own. Crews range from 2 – 5+ installers depending on size. You are motivated to master our wide range of products we install + waterproofing materials/details. You are able/willing to learn to read and follow shop drawings and architectural details. You like variety, which you’ll get by working on beautiful residential and commercial projects across the Pacific Northwest as well as out-of-town projects. From Bellingham WA to Oregon. Our out-of-town projects include Aspen CO, Hawaii, Idaho, Big Sky Montana, etc. WHO ARE WE? Ryzer is a specialty provider of high-end window and door installations and service. We only work with manufacturer partners we trust and whose premium products we're proud to install. On the daily, our crews work together onsite to solve unique challenges with custom windows and door installations and service in locations and on projects that most people only see on social media, TV, or in magazines. We pride ourselves on our specialty craft and reputation for well-planned and executed installations and service. Our passion is serving clients through careful preparation, clear communication, and attention to detail.
