Sweat Fixx & Inner Cycle Amesbury are teaming up again to bring you another Sweat Crawl! Saturday April 25th at 10:30AM The Crawl will consist of two 30 minute workouts (HIIT style at SF and spin at IC). You will either start at Sweat Fixx or Inner Cycle and then switch. We will email you FRIDAY NIGHT to let you know where to begin! If there are certain people you want to take class with email [email protected] by Thursday with the names of the people. After you complete both workouts, we will have safe and socially distant mimosas to celebrate!
